House Rules
No marijuana or any other drugs are allowed on our property. No smoking is permitted inside or outside the property. A fine of $500 may be incurred for smoking. If any of these rules are broken, you will immediately be removed, and no refund will be made for guests.
If booking with a pet, pre-approval of pet(s) is required before any booking is made. Any bookings made with unapproved pets may result in forfeiture of access to our Airbnb and/or penalties and pet fees. Service animals are exempt; however, ESA (Emotional Support Animals) are treated as normal pets, and fees apply accordingly. If a guest or anyone in their party requests accommodation for a service animal, the guest must answer these questions at the initial inquiry and pre-booking request: 1) Is the assistance animal required because of a disability? 2) What work or task has the animal been trained to perform? If the host is able to accommodate a service animal required based on a disability, the host will not charge a pet fee. Any damages caused by service animals are considered damage by the guest.
You will be charged for another night if check-out time is exceeded without pre-approval. We often have back-to-back bookings, which puts our other bookings at risk when checkouts aren’t executed promptly, jeopardizing our guests’ stay.
Nuisance is described as behavior inside or outside the reserved unit, including but not limited to loud music, partying, shouting/yelling, obnoxious behavior, and any activity which limits or prevents other residents and guests from enjoying the peace of their unit or the common areas. Any reported nuisances will be given a warning, and upon a second occurrence, the reservation will be canceled without refund. (The apartment is very well insulated and on the first floor, it would be difficult to likely even get one complaint.)
Upon booking and before check-in, guests must provide identification for all adults who will be staying in the unit and a total count of people in the unit. Please include the number of adults, children, infants under 12 months old, and animals.
Same-day reservations may have later check-in times than posted on Airbnb, to be set by the host based on turnaround time and availability.
Access to the unit by the host with 1-hour notice must be allowed for repairs or maintenance. If the host determines there is an emergency need to access the property, access to the unit must be made available with no notice.
No commercial activity is allowed except for standard "work from home."
The property has year-round pest control, including fumigation, spraying (interior and exterior), exterior bait boxes, and other standard methods to keep pests and wildlife out. Guests may encounter insects or wildlife outside or inside the dwelling. To do your part, guests should keep doors closed and avoid leaving any source of food exposed.
All minors (less than 18 years old) should only be accompanied by guests who are part of the reservation. Minors should never be left alone at the property or accompanied by someone other than a direct member of the reservation (e.g., a local babysitter) without direct approval of the host.
Guests must adhere to complex rules, if the apartment complex management issues complaints about guests for rule breaking activity’s/illegal activity’s, the house rules will be considered broken!
