The airbnb was clean and comfortable. It’s located within walking distance to the museum district, the parks and local eats. This place is perfect if you’re in town for leisure or business and want easy access to attractions. Would love to come back and stay sometime. Also, huge thanks to the host here. I’ve never truly seen such excellent communication and understanding from someone. My trip was for a family emergency and I was under a lot of stress, the host was so understanding and accommodating. I would love to return here under better circumstances to truly appreciate the area more from this rental!

Great place to stay! Clean, compact, and beautiful! Loved that we had our own washer and dryer to do laundry. We came for medical treatment at Baylor and would love to stay here again if we come back!

We had a great stay at Shawn’s apartment in Houston. The area was quiet, and the inside of the home was beautiful, cozy, and very welcoming. It had everything we needed for our short stay. Shawn was an excellent host and communicated promptly whenever I needed anything. The location is also very convenient, with lots of shopping centers nearby. I will definitely be booking with Shawn again on my next trip to Houston!

This is one of the top Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at! Shawn is an incredible host, and the apartment felt warm and inviting. The location couldn’t be better, everything is within easy reach, and getting around was a breeze. Great place and location! Shawn was very communicative and overall made this stay very easy. I appreciate the gated parking and how safe I felt inside the apartment complex. It was very easy to go to get food, go for a walk, or find anything nearby. I would stay again for sure

We stayed for a week with five guests, and the kitchen is stocked with all the equipment needed to service family meals. The pool is gorgeous, and the kids absolutely loved it! Location was perfect for us with everything you need within a block. Beds are super comfortable and the towels are great quality! The washer and dryer is so convenient. Loved the simplicity of the space. Property feels safe and secure. Shawn was very friendly, helpful, and responsive! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at Shawn’s place for 11 months right after moving to Texas and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The apartment is wonderful. Spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Over the entire 11 months, I had zero unpleasant issues or accidents. The bed is huge and extremely comfortable and the shower is fantastic. It is safe neighborhood, Binz st. is full of good cafes and almost all of the Houston museums are in a walking distance. This place works perfectly both for short stays and long-term living. Shawn is an outstanding host. Very friendly, professional and always ready to help with anything you might need. This was the best Airbnb experiences I have had and I would absolutely stay here again.
