This was the perfect location for having a 5 year old and for rodeo. The museums and park are so close. The train is easy to walk to which made the rodeo a breeze. The studio apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Would happily stay here again.

It is close to the medical centers and Herman park. The apartment complex is very secure and private. There is a bit of traffic noise during the day since it is close to a major highway, but it dies down at night. It is a wonderful place to stay if you want to be close to the medical city.

Great place to stay! It’s very new, super clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. We stayed for a few nights and loved the location—there’s a park nearby that’s perfect for running and working out. Also, there are several good cafes within walking distance. The host deserves the highest rating. He is polite, very friendly, and easy to communicate with. Thanks and highly recommended!

We had a great time staying here! Shawn was an amazing host who was quick to respond and very accommodating. We had a bit of a trouble getting into the assigned parking spot because of its position and location near the gate but Shawn was able to get us another spot in the meantime while staying. The unit itself was perfect for what we needed the only thing to be mindful is it can get a little loud at night because of it being so close to the road but nothing unbearable. The neighborhood felt safe enough there were lots of tourists around most of the day walking, just be mindful wherever you are and we were okay. Whenever we are back in Houston we will definitely look for one of Shawn’s listings!

Stayed for 3 nights with my two brothers who were in town to see the world baseball classic at Daikin Park. Check in was a breeze. Free parking on site within a secure gated area giving guests peace of mind. Experienced no issues getting in and out of the gated parking area. Less than a 10 minute walk to the light rail stations taking you into downtown. Perfect location to attend a ball game at Daikin. Plenty of eateries within walking distance, Slip Sliders is incredible and only a couple blocks down was the street! Apartment was very clean, excellent water pressure in the shower, bed in bedroom and sofa couch were very comfortable. Bring an air mattress and some sheets and you can easily sleep 3. Highly recommend!!!

Place was exactly as described and matched pictures. The place was clean and was inexpensive for the area. It was a one bed one bath apartment and definitely worth the price. The hospital district was a 10 min Uber ride away, technically you could walk through the park to get to the hospitals, but was ~20 min walk away. The neighborhood was safe with multiple restaurants all within a 5 min walk. Highly recommend.

This was a wonderful stay. The place was clean and matched the pictures. Spacious with the addition of all main necessities. Having a place to park my vehicle was so perfect. Felt safe and definitely would come back again
