Shawn was very responsive. Clear instructions on how to check in. Place was spotless. Good location in Houston to get to many restaurants and events. Smart TV is huge and easy to use. Bathroom is spotless and nice to use. Would definitely recommend. Location Is amazing to all major hotspots. And host replies ASAP.

Shawn was very responsive and made the stay seamless. The location is excellent — walking distance to some of my favorite spots and just minutes from the Houston Zoo and Museum District. The area felt safe, gated, and secure, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Exploring the neighborhood was a highlight, and it truly made me consider moving back to Houston!

I had an incredible experience at this Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described. Shawn was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The location was ideal. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities (Wi-Fi, kitchen, toiletries) were thoughtfully provided. Had a wonderful stay at Shawn’s place. Still has that newly built feel. Very clean, accurate description, quiet, safe area, and very comfortable. Highly recommend and would stay here again when back in the area.

Had such a great stay here! The location was perfect since I was rotating at HCA and super close to work. The bed was so comfortable. The in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher were total lifesavers. Everything was just as described. Hermann park is nearby too!

Shawn was a great host- although he wasn’t needed due to leaving well written instructions and providing all codes ahead of time. He’s did check in with me to make sure everything was going well, which was nice. Apartment was very clean- the bed is comfortable! Kitchen and bathroom a plus as well. Definitely would rent again in the future. Location allows you to be close to many things and is very secure and peaceful. Not a negative, but do know you have to walk up stairs to get to this unit. There’s no elevator.

Place was really nice! Close to basically everything. The gate was a nice touch. The space is really comfortable and felt like home. Showers were really dope too. Shawn is a great host, hella responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m back

I stayed at this apartment during my trip to Houston for 2 weeks and honestly, it was a great experience. The place was super well-furnished, everything felt clean, modern, and nicely put together without trying too hard. The vibe of the apartment was really aesthetic, especially the bathroom. Location-wise, it was spot on. Only about a 10-minute drive to downtown, and super close to a bunch of places if you’re in Houston for sightseeing like the Houston Museum, the zoo, Butterfly Center, and all that. It’s honestly a solid area to stay if it’s your first time visiting. One thing I appreciated a lot was how secure everything felt. The building had locked gates, passkeys for pedestrian entry, and security cameras on every floor, so I always felt safe coming in and out, even at night. Would definitely book again next time I’m in Houston. Thank you Shawn!!

El apartamento está completamente nuevo, excelente ubicación para conocer el Hermman Park y los museos sin la necesidad de pagar transporte. Si quieres conocer Houston, esta área no tiene nada que envidiarle al Downtown. El anfitrión es muy amable y está atento en todo momento. Vale la pena esta opción
