I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like snacks and extra towels that made the stay feel extra special. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great stay 5 day stay while my brother was hospitalized at Ben Taub. The loft was just as described — clean, comfortable, secure and had everything I needed. I felt very safe. Shawn was quick to respond and even accommodated an extension. The apartment was stocked with needed items. Very close to Texas Medical Center, Zoo and Museum. Only downside was the 3 flights of stairs and washer, but overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect. From booking, checking in, communication, amenities, checking out, etc. The host even allowed me to check in early & check out late complimentary. I would definitely stay there EVERY time I’m in Houston.

Fantastic Host and Perfect Location! Shawn was an exceptional host, going above and beyond even after checkout to help recover a forgotten valuable item. The check-in process was seamless, and the property was beautifully maintained, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. Though my stay was short, the prime location made everything so convenient and enjoyable—close to all the best spots! I only wish I could’ve stayed longer. I highly recommend Shawn’s place to anyone visiting. 5/5 stars!

The place was perfect for our purposes, close to Rice University and the Museum district. It was easy to get around to many places in Houston. We would definitely rent it again.

I had a great stay at Shawn’s Airbnb it’s very comfortable and cozy. Everything in the apartment is clean and nice. I do want to mention that the bed is more on the squishy less firm side, but that’s wasn’t a dealbreaker for me. Parking is really convenient you’ll always get a parking spot and the complex is gated, so that was a plus! Shawn is a great host and we loved our stay in Houston!

Shawn’s place was so accommodating! It was clean and had all the staples needed to support a “homey” vibe. Shawn responds to needs immediately and he is also proactive with addressing issues or bringing things you may need to your attention. I cooked just about every night so the kitchen was also fully functional and able to accommodate the needs of a family of 4. I would advise, however, bringing an air mattresses just in case the sofa bed is uncomfortable. I would definitely book again when I am visiting Houston.
